A. Back squat: 1×5@75%, 1×3@80%, 1×3@85%, 3×1@90%, rest 2 min. We are working up to testing a new 1 rep max, so be patient with this progression!

B. Conditioning:

For time: Wallballs and KB Swings – 25, 25, 20, 20, 15, 15 (alternate between movements)
