A pretty straightforward one today:

A. 15 min handstand work, piked pushups, holds, heel pulls, etc.

B. With a partner: Row 1000 m while your partner rests. Switch. Rinse and repeat. Aim for roughly the same time for each effort, so this may require some pacing.
