What a gorgeous day for an unscheduled rest day! Feeling pretty beat up so going to do some mobility work at home. I’m sure the weighted lunges will keep until Friday.
Did the WOD today from Falcon Lake! B. 4+5 probably could’ve done better if I had a better rope and didn’t have to time myself but it felt good. Couldn’t do part A. because of my limited equipment. Wish I could be at the box!
P.S. I did my push ups on a bench! That’s new for me to do an entire workout with one.

B. 5 rounds even, with 60# DBs for the lunges. These are getting easier to work with for the lunges, so maybe it’s time to move up? Got the DUs in two sets, one of 10 and one of 90, which I was happy about.
