Team workout is scheduled for August 5 at 2 pm. Come and check it out! All regular members and former/current on ramp attendees are welcome. For those of you on the 2X/week or 3X/week memberships, note that the team workout does not count toward your monthly class total. The team workout will be held at the gym. Please plan for about 1.5 hours, as these things take a bit longer to get organized than regular classes.
