Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.

Did Wednesday’s pullups 10 x 2 with blue and thin red band (still can’t believe I can do that :)!)
And the EMOTM DL, jumping squats and pushups for 10 rounds. Surprised myself by keeping all rounds at 20 or 19 seconds. I was afraid I would have to scale the pushups, but it was fine. Used 200# for the DL.

I did yesterday’s WOD
A) Snatch work to 85#
B) 3×3 OHS 135#
C) 12:45, 85# PP, 20″ BJ
