A. 155# – PR! Got there the long way, with lots of stops in between, as I almost failed at 145, but it worked out in the end. Thanks AGAIN, Colin!
B. 3:52 (PR!) and 4:00. The second one was really brutal but very glad to be just under 4 minutes, even on the second interval. Definite improvement!
C. 3 x 10. These also have shown dramatic improvement since last time we did them. I am now able to get right down on the floor, fully extended. (And, more importantly, come back up again!!!!) Pretty amazing.

Thanks Mara, I was sloppy at first but Colin quickly reminded me of how to row properly and it was tough but felt easier because I wasn’t wasting so much energy on poor rowing technique!
