A. Done with 235 1RM (still.) Was really tough after a week off and yesterday’s wall balls.
B. Ugh. I think I may have trouble walking tomorrow, and managed to lose some skin on both thumbs during my last set of pull-ups. Used green band for pull-ups and double unders. 1 + 105. Ugh. Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day.
A. Worked on clean & jerk since I squatted on Sunday.
B. 11:29 Rx. Wasn’t sure how this one was going to go, as I’d done some parallette work earlier in the day, but it went okay.
mara – i hear ya…ugh is my word of the day! was tough today! super sore quads…not gonna lie.
A. working off of 125#, felt REALLY super heavy today.
B. 1+50 DU’s, pullups with blue and skinny red bands, RKB 36# to save my legs from squatting, and scaled the pushups too.
Was ruff, but so glad i came!
