B. 3 x max effort Sots press
C. 3 rounds, with a partner, outdoors:
2 laps (of the parking lot) sandbag carry / Max tire flips
2 laps waiter walk with plate (45/25) / Max KB swings
Partner A acts as the timer with the first movement while partner B tries to accumulate as many reps as possible of the second movement. Waiter walk – alternate arms as needed. Most people will likely end up switching arms for each length of the parking lot.
