**Please note that both weightlifting classes are on Tuesday this week (10:30 am and 7 pm).

Bring-a-Friend Day is this Wednesday, Nov 18!**

A. Tall clean – Take 5-10 minutes to work on technique doing sets of 2. Add weight if possible.

B. 2-stop clean – Work up to a moderately heavy weight, then do 5×2 2-stop cleans (1 second stops at 1″ off the ground and at kneecap, then do a full clean). Our goals for today are: having good positions, and dropping quickly under the bar.

C. For time:

30-20-10 of:

Power cleans (135/95) (or 60-65%, whichever is less)

Knees-to-elbows.
