Happy rodent shadow hoax day!

A. Do 4 work sets of: 3 presses + 3 push presses + 3 push jerks. You will probably be working in the range of 75-80% of your strict press.

B. 12 minute AMRAP of:

36 double-unders

12 hand-release push-ups

2 laps farmer’s carry (2 heavy DBs or KBs).

C. Tuck holds OR tuck rocks OR straddle holds – 4 max effort sets. Aim for more reps or time than last week.
