The first workout of the CrossFit Open will be released today! Anyone can enter, and if you do, please join our team (CrossFit Steinbach).
A. Do 5 sets of the following complex – Push jerk from rack + hang clean + split jerk. You should be working in the 80%+ range, if at all possible.
B. For individual times and reps:
2 minutes of push-ups
Rest 2 minutes
5 minutes of double-unders (or DU practice)
Rest 2 minutes
100 KB swings for time (55/35).
