A. Snatch balance – Work up to a moderately heavy set of 2, and do 4×2 at that weight.

B. Snatch – 4×2@approx. 75% (of max snatch).

C. Every 90 seconds for 8 rounds:

5 deadlifts at 60%

8 fast burpees.

D. 3 max effort sets of “stir-the-pot” on the exercise ball.
