<– Congrats to Lisa, Roxanne, and Annick on their performances at the Starke Games on the weekend. Both teams finished third in the divisions!

A. Jerk balance technique work (5 minutes) – 3×3.

B. Clean and jerk – Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes, do 1 clean and jerk at 85%+. You may increase the weight over the course of your reps, if your technique is solid.

C. For time:

21-15-9 reps of:

Squat cleans (65% or 135/95, whichever is less)

Bar-hop burpees.

D. 3 max effort sets of tuck or hollow rocks.
