A. Snatch – Work up in weight, then do 5×3 at approximately 80% (if technique permits).

B. 5 rounds for time of:

18 wallballs

9 chest-to-bar pull-ups

6 reps of 1 1/2 push-ups.

C. Accumulate 60 V-ups. Aim for bigger sets than last week, if possible. Scale to tuck-ups.
