A. 3-position cleans, moving from high to low (i.e. one clean from mid-thigh, one from the kneecap, and one from mid-shin). Do 5 work sets at a moderately challenging weight. The focus here is on clean (no pun intended… I think) technique, so prioritize that over weight.
B. 5 rounds for time of:
7 power cleans (135/95 or 65%, whichever is less)
14 overhead KB lunges (53/35, or heavier if desired).
