A. Working up to a moderate weight, do 5 sets of: 2x(3-stop clean) + clean. Treat this more as a movement prep and technique practice for part B, rather than a chance to lift super heavy.

B. Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 15 minutes:

Minute 1: 3 squat cleans (155/115, or 60-70% of your max clean, whichever is less)

Minute 2: In 40 seconds: 5-10 push-ups + max double-unders in remaining time

Minute 3: 5-10 pull-ups.

For the push-ups and pull-ups, choose a number that is challenging, but still allows you to do your sets unbroken.
