Class Schedule

FUNdamentals Program (**NEW**)

This introductory program is 3 classes per week and is for people of all fitness levels. It has nutrition information and accountability built right into the program. It is an ongoing program, so you can jump in at any time! 

Regular Class Schedule

Start times for the regular class times are (classes are all 1 hour):

Monday: 5;45 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am (strength class), 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Tuesday: 5:45 am, 10 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 5 pm (strength class), 6 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Wednesday: 5:45 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am (strength class), 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Thursday: 10 am, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Friday: 5:45 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am (strength class), 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm

Saturday: 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am

Sunday: 10 am, 1 pm

All classes are coached, and your coach will lead you through the workout, modify movements if needed, answer questions, and make sure that you’re making progress over time.
