New introductory On Ramp starts Monday, October 21 2019, and runs for 10 classes (Mon/Wed 7-8 pm).

Free Trial Class
If you’d like to check out what we do, or if you’re an existing member and want to bring a friend by, come by Saturdays at 12 noon. These are geared towards beginners, and we can modify any movements to your abilities.
On Ramp (Introductory) Classes
These classes run for 5 weeks, typically on Mon/Wed (7-8 pm). We cap these classes at 6 people to make sure you get great coaching. Please inquire about the start times for these classes by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or give us a call.
Upcoming On Ramp sessions:
Monday, October 21 2019 – Mon/Wed (7-8 pm) for 10 classes.
We require a $20 down payment to reserve a spot, and that will be applied towards your membership fees for the course.
Please note that these are sequential classes and we do cover a fair bit of material, so please plan to attend the majority of the 10 classes. If you miss a significant number of the classes, we may require you to do some personal training sessions to ensure that you have a good handle on the movements before joining the regular classes.

Regular Class Schedule
If you have completed an introductory course with us, or done CrossFit at another gym, you may join the regular classes. Start times for the regular class times are (classes are all 1 hour):
Monday: 5;45 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am (strength class), 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm
Tuesday: 5:45 am, 10 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 5 pm (strength class), 6 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm
Wednesday: 5:45 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am (strength class), 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm
Thursday: 10 am, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm
Friday: 5:45 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am (strength class), 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm
Saturday: 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am
Sunday: 10 am, 1 pm

A coach will always be available to lead you through the workout, modify movements if needed, answer questions, and make sure that you’re making progress over time.
