Being stronger and fitter gives you the freedom to:
– Play with your kids, grandkid, or pets and not get left behind
– Do household tasks easily
– Play recreational sports without being completely sore the next day
– Tackle your day with energy
– Go on a spontaneous hike with a friend
– Be more physically independent
– Actually looking forward to working out and being active
