Most people I’ve talked to so far are interested in On Ramp sessions in the evening, so that is how we are going to skew the schedule. If you would like to see something in the morning, let me know. I would also consider a session later in the morning (9 or 10 am) for those of you who aren’t big fans of waking up ridiculously early, or have kids to shoo off to school.
I will update the schedule in Zen Planner shortly.
Here is what we are thinking for January:
New On Ramp sessions:
Tuesdays/Thursdays, starting Tuesday, January 8: 7 pm to 8 pm (I might consider starting at 6:30 if there is demand)
Mondays/Wednesdays, starting Monday, January 7: 7 pm to 8 pm
Mondays/Wednesdays, starting ??: 12 noon to 1 pm (This is tentative, as I don’t have any confirmed interest for this time slot yet.)
We also have some On Ramp sessions that are finishing up in mid-January, so those time slots will also be available. I haven’t had anyone contact me yet about those times though, so if you want in, let me know! Those times are 6:30 am (M/W/F, beginning Jan 7), and 6:30 am (Tu/Th, beginning Jan 22). These times are not firm. If you want a different morning time slot, let me know.
New Open Gym/Regular Class sessions:
Tuesdays/Thursdays from 12 noon to 1 pm – This time slot will begin January 22 when the ongoing noon On Ramp session is complete.
Mondays – 4-6 pm (beginning Jan 7).
The Saturday free class is cancelled on January 19th, as both Hillary and I will be judging at FrostFit, a local CrossFit competition hosted by CrossFit Winnipeg. This is the third year for this competition, and it should be a blast! If you haven’t experienced a CrossFit competition yet, come by and check it out. See here for more info.
