How long does it take to get results when you start in a strength and fitness class?

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴? Good question. The answer, like many things related to exercise and nutrition, is "it depends". It depends on: - 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁. This may seem counterintuitive, but people with LESS training experience...

Should I focus on the gym first, or work on my nutrition?

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 - 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲? In an ideal world, both of them, but keeping it simple initially is better. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀... 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲. That's not to downplay the importance of nutrition, because it really is the foundation of everything else...
