A. Take 15 minutes to find 1 rep max snatch. Power snatch or hang snatch is acceptable if you’re still new to this.

B. 4 rounds of:

3 Deadlifts

9 jump squats

12 DB push presses

Rest 2 minutes

– If you know your deadlift 1 RM, shoot for the 50-60% range. We want good technique, and not necessarily a big load.
