B. 10 rounds of:

Partner banded sprint (1 length of parking lot)

8 burpees

Reverse roles, then rest 1 minute.

i.e. Partner A provides the banded resistance while Partner B sprints. Partner B does 8 burpees. The roles reverse and Partner A works. Both partners then rest 1 min once Partner A is finished working.
