A. Snatch – work up to a heavy set of 2 from the low hang (i.e. about 1″ off the floor).
B. 3 rounds, not for time:
8 (jumping if possible) good mornings – increase weight from last week if possible.
8 DB rows (per arm) – heaviest possible.
Max effort hollow rock – note number of rocks.
With this being Friday, if you would like to make up one of the workouts from earlier this week, you can do that instead.
