A. Work up to a moderately heavy set in the following complex, and then do two more sets at that weight: 1 hang clean + 1 clean + 1 jerk.

B. For time:

Run to Park Road stop sign and back (~1.4 km)

Rest 5 minutes

2×400 m run, rest 2 minutes between sets.
