A. Front squat – 3×3 front squats at 70% with 3 second pause at the bottom.
B. Partner workout, 2 rounds for time:
100 Double-unders / max effort pull-ups
2 laps sled pull (both people pulling sled, facing away from sled)
2 laps sled drag (both people dragging sled, facing sled)
1 lap each partner carry (each partner must be carried one lap).
