A. Clean and jerk – EMOTM for 10 minutes, 1 clean and jerk at 75% of 1 RM C&J.

B. With a partner, one person working at a time to achieve the following total number of reps:

100 double-unders

75 med ball lunges (med ball can be held any way you like)

50 push-ups

50 sandbag squats (sandbag can be held any way you like) (Substitute goblet squats if there aren’t enough sandbags.)

50 10 laps bear crawl.

Partition the work as needed with your partner, but only one person is working at a time
