A. Snatch balance practice

B. Work up to a working weight of less than or equal to 80% of your snatch max, and do 3 sets of: 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch

C. 10 minute AMRAP of:

5 KB snatches per arm (35#/55#)

5 KB push presses per arm

10 box jumps.

Location update: I’d previously mentioned that the workout will be at Hespeler Park in Niverville, but I’ve been informed that we will meet at the CF Niverville gym and run to the park as a warm-up.
