Come by CrossFit Niverville (9 Heritage Trail in Niverville) for 12 noon on September 1 (Labour Day) for a workout with our CFN friends! We will be heading to Hespeler Park from the gym on foot, so if running is an issue for you, meet us at the park by the picnic shelter instead. All On Rampers and regular members are welcome to attend!
Curtis and Catherine are hosting a potluck/pool party after the workout, and you can meet us at their place (email or text me if you need a map) after about 3 pm. Kids and significant others are welcome as well.
