A. 15 minutes of handstand practice.

B. 5 rounds of max effort ring rows, with 30 seconds of lat stretch between rounds.

C. 12 minute AMRAP of:

8 ring push-ups (scale as needed)

1 lap sled pull

2 laps farmer’s carry (2 DBs or 2 KBs).


**Olympic weightlifting shoes – If you want some and haven’t given your name to Robin or me, please do so ASAP. If you’re on the list, please give me your shoe size. We have people with many different sizes of Oly shoes at the gym, so ideally if you can try on someone else’s shoes and note the size, that would work best. Sometimes the sizing lines up with street shoe sizes, but often it’s slightly off.  We are aiming to get Joe from Powerfirm out Monday or Tuesday evening next week, so let us know your sizing as soon as possible. Joe will bring out a selection of shoes around your size, and you can try them on. The cost is $100 plus tax, so $113 total.
