2 laps of the parking lot partner carry (partition as needed)

Run 400 m

20 tire flips

Run 400 m

80 KB swings (total)

Run 400 m.

 

We’ll see how the weather pans out tomorrow morning, and modify this one if need be. If there are lots of people out, we’ll just start at different stations.
