A. Clean & jerk – 2×1@ each of 65, 70, 75, 80% of 1 rep max C&J.
B. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
2 deadlifts @65-70%
5 fast burpees.
C. 3×25 GHD situps. Scale the reps if you are new to this movement. If this is the first time you’ve done these since On Ramp, I recommend no more than 3 sets of 10 reps.
Just a reminder that Olympic weightlifting classes are starting back up this week on Wednesday. The class will be on Wednesday of next week, and then on Tuesdays thereafter.
