A. Handstand practice – Some things to work on:

– Accumulate 5-10 wall walks

– Heel pulls

– Practice kicking up to a freestanding handstand, i.e. don’t kick up right to the wall, but try to kick just hard enough to get vertical

– Tabata crow stand

B. 3×10 parallette shoot-throughs.

C. For total work time:

Row 1000 m, rest 4 minutes

Row 500 m, rest 2 minutes

Row 250 m, rest 1 minute

Row 250 m, rest 23 hours.
