A. Press – work up to a heavy set of 5.

B. With a partner and  a “pet rock”*, with one person working at a time on the prescribed movements:

200 skips
60 air squats
60 situps
60 bodyweight lunges
30 burpees
10 laps farmer’s carry with the pet rock

*”Pet rock” = a heavy-ish KB or DB that must not touch the ground during the workout, i.e. you must pass it off to your partner when you switch roles. The workload may be partitioned however you like.
