**Be careful in the parking lot today! It’s icy.**

A. Shoulder roll practice – 5-10 minutes

B. Rope climb practice – Accumulate 10-12 rope climbs OR practice technique and footwork + accumulate 10-12 rope pulls from the floor.

C. Turkish get-up – 5 minutes of work. Pick a moderate weight, and work steadily for 5 minutes, focusing on good form. Work both sides evenly.

D. 3 rounds, not for time, of:

10-15 pistols per leg (or modification)

5 single-leg deadlifts (as heavy as possible, with one KB or DB). Weight will be in the hand opposite the foot on the floor.
