A. Back squat – Work up to 3×1@88% of 1 rep max.
B. Front squat – 3×5@65-70%.
C. For reps:
5 minute AMRAP of sled pull (60/90 lbs)
1 minute rest
5 minute AMRAP of farmer’s carry (2 KBs or DBs) (44/70 lbs)
The catch? Every minute on the minute, do 4 burpees.
If the class size is >4 people, some people will start on the sleds, and the rest will start with the farmer’s carries.
