A. Snatch balance – Work up to a heavy set of 3.

B. For time:

30 (total) DB snatches (alternate hands every 5 reps) — as heavy as your technique allows

30 toes to bar

30 burpees

30 Russian KB swings

60 air squats.

For those of you who are frustrated that after 2, 3, or 6 whole months, you STILL haven’t gotten double-unders or snatched perfectly yet. I mean, how hard can it possibly be! Right? Well… read this, and then read it again in 6 months. And then maybe read it again after a year.
