A. Snatch – Work up in weight, then do 5 sets of: Snatch pull (1 sec pause at knee) + snatch (1 sec pause at knee).

B. 3 max effort sets of Sots press.

C. For time:

30-20-10 each of:

KB swings

Barbell thrusters (35/45)

Sit-ups.
