A. Back squat – 5×3 @ 65-70%, with 3 sec pause at bottom on each rep.

B. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

3 power cleans @ 75%

5 max height jump squats.

**Just a reminder that we have restricted hours tomorrow evening. Daytime classes are as usual, but then we will have classes only at 3 pm (one time only!) and 4 pm.
