A. Work up in weight, then do 3 sets of this complex: 3 push presses + 3 push jerks.

B. 3 rounds for time of:

20 hand-release push-ups

20 jump squats (may be scaled up to barbell jump squats, or down to air squats)

4 laps farmer’s carry (2 DB/KB, heaviest possible)

8 laps shuttle run.
