A. Snatch – Work up to a heavy single (may or may not be a PR).
B. Snatch deadlift – 3×3 at 110% or more of A. Make sure your positions are exactly the same as they would be in a snatch.
C. 3 rounds not for time:
2-5 wall walks
1-5 rope climbs (scale to 5 rope pulls from the floor)
20 pistols per leg.
