A. Front squat – 3×3 at a moderately heavy weight. Increase weight from the last time we did this (Jan 31).

B. For time, 21-15-9 of:

Russian KB swings (heaviest possible)

Pull-ups (scale to foot-assisted ring pull-ups).

This should be short and hard. Compare to 16/11/2013 or 08/04/2013.

**A pair of pink Nike Free running shoes was left at the gym last weekend by someone who attended the Lululemon event. I don’t think it was one of the regular gym members, so if you know someone who came out to the gym, please ask if they are missing a pair of shoes. Thanks!**
