A. Back squat – 3×3 at approximately 65%, with a 31X1 tempo (3 sec down, 1 sec pause, eXplode up, 1 sec at top).

B. Front squat – 3×5@65%.

C. 15 laps farmers carry (2 DBs or KBs) (heavy).
