A. Clean – work up in weight, then do 2 reps every minute on the minute for 7 rounds at approx. 75% of your 1 rep max.

B. For time:

Run 10 laps (or 400 m if the weather is nice enough)

4 rounds of: 16 hand release push-ups (scale as needed) + 24 Russian KB swings

Then: 10 laps KB carry (same KB as swings).
