A. Back squat – 6×3@78%.

B. With a partner, alternating each minute (one partner works for a minute while the other rests):

8 minutes max distance sled pull

8 minutes max distance farmer’s carry (2 DBs or KBs). These should be heavy. If necessary, you and your partner may use different weights.

Recommended weights for the sled pull will vary depending on whether we do this indoors or outdoors. You should be able to move at a fast walk or slow run.

C. 3xME tuck or hollow holds.
