A. 1 Clean + 2 front squats – Increase in weight, then do 4 sets of the combination at 80-85%.

B. For time:

50 double-unders

4 rounds of: 20 Russian KB swings (70/44), 15 box jumps (24/20)

50 double-unders.

The catch? Every minute on the minute, stop what you’re doing and do 3 burpees.

C. 3 alternating max effort sets of tuck/hollow holds and arch holds. Try for longer holds than last week.
