A. Jerk balance – Work up to a moderately heavy double, focusing on good technique.
B. Clean + 2 jerks: Work up in weight, then do one set of this complex every 90 seconds for 5 rounds. Aim for the 80-85% of 1 rep max range, provided your technique is solid.
C. 12 minute AMRAP of:
8 ring dips
10 single arm KB swings per side
25 single skips + 25 double-unders (no double-unders = 100 single skips).
