A. Clean and jerk – Do 5 sets at approx. 80% for the following combo: 1 hang clean + 1 clean + 1 jerk.
B. Clean pulls – 3×2 @ 105% of max clean.
C. With a partner, 20 minute AMRAP of:
1 lap (each) sled pull (facing away from sled)
1 lap (each) sled drag (facing sled, with a row).
i.e. Partner A does one lap (there and back) facing away from sled. Partner B does the same. Partner A does one lap facing sled. Partner B does the same. Etc.
