A. 20 rep back squat – Increase weight from last week, even if only a small amount. This is the last week we will be doing this rep scheme.
B. “Lynne” – This is a classic CrossFit workout, and as written, there is no time component. However, we don’t have an entire afternoon to do this, so we’ll aim for 20-25 minutes to complete the work.
5 rounds for total reps:
Max bench presses (Rx is bodyweight, but we will scale to to 70% of bench press 1 rep max)
Max pull-ups (scale to ring rows).
