Today will be a series of tests with 10 minutes rest in between.

A. Run 800 m for time.

Rest 10 minutes.

B. For max reps in one minute, resting 1 minute in between movements:

Handstand push-ups (scale to push-ups)

Double-unders

Muscle-ups (scale to pull-ups)

Toes-to-bar (scale to knee raises).

Rest 10 minutes.

C. 800 m sandbag carry for time. (Women – 1/3 bodyweight, Men – 1/2 bodyweight)

We may have to run heats for the last one if there aren’t enough sandbags.
