A. At a moderately heavy weight, do 4 rounds of the following combination: 1 snatch + 1 overhead squat + 1 snatch balance + 1 overhead squat.

B. For time:

50-40-30-20-10 double-unders

25-20-15-10-5 jump squats

5-4-3-2-1 lengths (not laps) bear crawl.

i.e. 50 double-unders, 25 jump squats, 5 lengths bear crawl, 40 DUs, 20 jump squats, 4 lengths bear crawl, etc.
